A proven one-step
disinfecant-cleaner for use on floors, walls, tables, sinks, commodes, urinals, counters and other hard inanimate surfaces.
This EPA - registered product is effective against a broad spectrum of gram negative and gram positive organisms. It
is fungicidal, virucidal and handles mold and mildew problems. This concentrate is effective at 2 ounces per gallon
of water and is available in lemon, mint, pine and cherry fragrance.
LEMSURG II
This disinfectant-cleaner has been formulated
to aid in the reduction of cross-contamination in hospitals, schools, institutions and industry. It meets current EPA organic soil contamination requirements with efficacy testing carried out in water
of 400ppm hardness. It is virucidal, fungicidal and will prevent the growth of

HI - SAN
A highly concentrated, odorless, disinfectant/sanitizer for
use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants, hospitals, institutional and industrial sanitizing systems, in food processing

PINE ODOR
DISINFECTANT
Formulated with pine oil, this concentrated
disinfectant-cleaner is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, is fungicidal and will prevent the growth of mold
and mildew and their odors. When used as directed it will clean, disinfect and
deodorize hard surfaces such as floors, walls, receptacles, sinks, counters, urinals, commodes, shower stalls and more.
BTP - 2000
This HIV/HBV/HCV -effective disinfectant
is designed for the daily maintenance, cleaning and deodorizing of commodess, urinals, bathtubs, sinks, showers, floors, walls
and other hard surfaces. It cleans and disinfects in one labor-saving step and effectively neutralizes malodours by
destroying the contaminating micro-organisms. This neutral pH product dilutes at 2 ounces per gallon of water and is
available in lemon and "fresh" fragrances.
NEUTRAL-QUAT
A neutral pH disinfectant formulated using
the latest generation quats. It exhibits the highest biocidal efficacy of all
quaternary compounds. A dilution of 1 ounce per gallon of water is bactericidal,
virucidal, fungicidal and controls mold and mildew. Ideal for use on highly polished
floors - neutral pH leaves no dulling haze. Available in fresh lemon or a clean

GUARDIAN
A concentrated no-rinse disinfectant that kills germs, cleans
and deodorizes in one labor-saving step. It provides effective cleaning strength
that will not dull most floor finishes. Available in a breezy fresh scent, plumeria

MULTI-QUAT
This one-step disinfectant-cleaner is formulated
using “safe” acids to aid in removing tough hardwater deposits, soap scum and grime from hard non-porous surfaces. This EPA registered product is ideal
for cleaning, disinfecting and controlling mold and mildew on porcelain, ceramic tile, bathtubs, shower stalls, sinks, urinals,
