PROTECTIVE COATINGS & SEALS

CONCLEAR 20%

A colorless seal containing 20 - 22% solids for deeper penetration of surfaces.  Excellent for terrazzo, old and new concrete and brick.  This permanent seal resists water, detergents, strippers and most other chemicals.  Expected coverage of 500 - 700 sq.ft. per gallon with a dry time of 1 to 3 hours.

CONCLEAR  40%

A high luster solvent-based sealer, binder, filler, and curing membrane.  Use on new or properly prepared concrete, terrazzo, exposed aggregate or other porous masonry surfaces.  Designed for inside application.  Dries in 2 to 4 hours with expected coverage of 300 - 400 sq.ft. per gallon.

WATER EMULSION FLOOR SEAL

An extremely tough water-based urethane-like sealer that produces a “permanent-type” surface with the application ease of other water-based sealers.  Designed for old or new concrete, terrazzo, exposed aggregate, or any other masonry surface.  Resists most chemicals and dries in 30 - 40 minutes.  Dries bright and clear and does not require chemical etching before application.

EVERLITE  40%

Gymnasium and wood floor finish that produces a durable high luster.  This 40 - 42% solid material has a dry time of 3 to 8 hours.  Expect coverage of 300-500 sq.ft.  Ask about other "solid" levels.

PENSEAL

A urethane-base material containing 20-22% solids for use in sealing, protecting, and beautifying wood floors.  Excellent for use on maple, oak, pine, beech, pressed wood pulp, block-on-end and parquet.  Coverage is 500 - 700 sq.ft. per gallon.  Dry time is 1 to 3 hours.

CLEAR * SHIELD

Advanced stain protection for concrete, stone and masonry surfaces.  This sub-surface treatment provides transparent protective barrier against oil, dirt, mildew, food, beverages and water on porous surfaces.  Ideal indoors and outdoors.

METAL COATING

This product is for the protection of metal parts where a long term protective coating is required.  It is effective against all types of rusting and corrosive action.  Will not crack, or peel and it is safe for use on all metal surfaces.  This coating has a high flash point and requires about 2 hours of dry time.  It is easily removed with mineral spirits, kerosene, spirit blend or boiling water.
